SDG & COMMUNITY IMPACT
We worked with the ‘SDG & Community Impact’ Johnson&Johnson Benelux Centre of Excellence. Their CSR and Employee Engagement program is already in a mature stage, providing employees a variety of opportunities to engage.
The response rate on a survey developed by Engage4 was massive, and also the results show that employees are convinced of the importance of community engagement. The program at J&J clearly found the right balance between the ‘3 P’s’, People-Planet-Prosperity, and employees want to engage on all these different domains.
Great to work with such an enthusiastic team, Peggy, Susy and Eline and to see such motivation of the employees!
Programs of Community Engagement make employees PROUD of their company, give them PURPOSE and have a sustainable social IMPACT.
